Rocky Creek Ranch Subdivision is a community conveniently located on the north side of Canyon Lake in the Texas Hill Country between Austin and San Antonio.  The owners in the subdivision make up the Rocky Creek Maintenance Corporation (RCMC), a property owners association.  We have a large, gated park where we have a number of amenities, including a playground, picnic areas, two pavilions, a swimming pool, and clubhouse.

 

Properties located in this subdivision are subject to recorded deed restrictions.  These restrictions and our guidelines are overseen by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).  This assures the application of consistent  standards and guidelines in the community helping to ensure that property values are maintained.  All construction, whether new construction, remodeling, or additions must undergo the ACC review process.  For more information, click here.
